Brant Baylock brokered the latest acquisition for Dr. Anu Deshpande’s expanding Endodontics Practice.

Brant Baylock, Commercial Advisor at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates – Flint Brokers & Associates, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Melbourne, represented the buyer, Pristine Endodontics, in the acquisition of their newest location at Palms Point Plaza in Melbourne. The seller, LL4Eand, LLC was represented by Antonio Gagliardi of RE/MAX Aerospace Realty. Pristine Endodontics was established by Dr Anu Deshpande, who received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from the University of Pittsburg, and then completed a 2-yr Master’s Program in Endodontics at the University of Florida, Gainesville (MS). Pristine Endodontics has built a solid reputation serving the community of Cocoa, FL for over 7 years. “We take pride in the services we provide to the community and appreciate the support and confidence instilled upon us by our patients and referring dentists. We therefore thought that Melbourne was an ideal location to setup another office for Pristine Endodontics,” said Dr. Anu. Mr. Baylock worked closely with Dr. Anu and her husband/business manager, Sachin Kshirsagar, to locate a property that was ideal for expanding their business. “We appreciated Brant’s assistance in locating a property that was ideal for expanding our business.
