With his extensive background, he guides local, national and international clients in their own real estate objectives. He is an expert at location, evaluation, acquisition and disposition. James is a tireless advocate for those he represents, using his depth of experience, and knowledge of the market to broker commercial retail, office, industrial and residential investments that exceed his client’s goals.

James is currently serving on the Board of Directors at Central Florida's CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and is active in the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Space Coast Commercial Investment Committee, and the Space Coast Economic Development Commission. He currently owns and manages several investment properties, including multi-family residential, and commercial.

Ronald W. Osborne represents both buyers and sellers of commercial properties of all asset classes and types, focusing primarily on privately owned properties in South Florida ranging in value from $1-10 million.

Ron has sold and leased over $900 million worth of commercial property since 1976, including shopping centers, office buildings and office parks, apartment complexes, warehouse buildings, commercial develop sites, and large residential and commercial PUDs.

As Managing Member of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates - Napoles Real Estate Services, Miami, Florida, Jorge Napoles has for over 28 years been involved in commercial real estate in varying capacities, including retail and office leasing, management, tenant representation, business brokerage, and commercial real estate sales. Mr. Napoles has represented private equity groups and foreign investors in acquisitions of businesses and commercial real estate assets throughout Florida. Tina Marie Eloian, CCIM

Accomplished Real Estate Broker and CCIM, with over 20+ years in the industry. Tina started Florida Commercial Group in 2013. Known to many as the “Queen of Ybor” she has built a name for herself and her team in the Tampa Bay and Pinellas areas.

Tina’s first Real Estate Venture was developing and selling the subdivision of Nature’s Reserve Located in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. Tina has been involved with all the stages of Commercial Real Estate, Land Development; Planning and Permitting to the final stages of construction and sales. The Development Field led her into Commercial Real Estate, where she has focused on General Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.
